One may ask, who are you?

For a dayjob, I do stuff I can’t explain to my grandma at MuleSoft. There we produce Mule, the leading open source ESB and recently released an enterprise Apache Tomcat product called Tcat Server. I’ve had my hands in pretty much everything there from our web services integration, to promoting best practices at conferences, to  launching Tcat and most recently Mule Management Console. I’ve also done a whole load of open source stuff (founded Apache CXF for instance) and consulting for lots of top companies in a past life.

When I’m not working, I’m searching for good restaurants, fine wine, or an adventure.

I’m a bit nomadic, but currently home base is in Grand Rapids, MI. If you ever come, I’ll buy you a drink – just shoot me an email.
